Chalet 3 is a detached cedar-wood chalet situated in a quiet cul-de-sac position on the Erw Porthor Chalet Site in the beautiful Happy Valley, within Snowdonia National Park with lovely views of the woodland opposite. Ideally suited for those who prefer a less elevated position. The chalet has the benefit of a lovely sunny patio in front of the chalet and a flat grassy area to sit out beside the chalet and under the trees. The car parking space beside the chalet is for the private use of this chalet.
The chalet is located approximately 1 mile from Tywyn and 3 miles from the lovely harbour village of Aberdovey (Aberdyfi).
The chalet is 1.5 miles from the sea and the excellent sandy beaches in the area.
It is ideally situated for walking, golfing, cycling, fishing, sailing, bird watching, relaxing by the seaside or quiet contemplation!
The chalet is available weekly or for short breaks.
Accommodation – Sleeps 2-4
One master bedroom with 4’ 6” double bed. The second bedroom has children’s bunk beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Pillows and duvets are provided but please bring your own bedding, towels, bathmat and tea towels.
Lounge with large picture window overlooking the wood. Flat screen television with Freeview, DVD player and radio. Dining table and chairs to seat four.
Separate well equipped kitchen with electrical appliances including cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Chalet 3 benefits from a separate porch off the kitchen with counter top freezer, washing machine, one large moulded plastic dog’s bed and dog’s water bowl and feeding bowl. Well behaved dogs are permitted by prior arrangement but there is a charge of £12.50 per dog.
Heating and electricity are included in the tariff and there are no coin meters.
Bathroom with bath and shower.
Parking space beside the chalet and more available opposite the chalet.
Peaceful location with plenty of wildlife to view such as birds, badgers and squirrels.
