There are absolutely zero costs to you except when a booking is made. We would earn a commission only when a booking is made at your property, please contact us for commission rates.
Independent Holidays partners with local businesses, including cleaning companies who can arrange all of your housekeeping requirements for changeovers including linen and towels if required and also a maintenance company who provides priority responses to any emergencies that may happen whilst guests are staying at your property. We are also on hand where required to provide emergency contact, should your guests require assistance or have any issues at your property.
Of course, if you already have Housekeeping/Maintenance arranged, we can liaise with them for you.
Notification of all bookings would be made to you immediately when a booking is made, together with the rental cost. A copy of this would be forwarded to your appointed Housekeeper. We arrange total guest management from the initial booking process until their return home which means no paperwork or administration for yourself.
We forward monthly statements to owners on or around the 20th of each month. Once checked and agreed, payment is made via BACS directly into your bank account.
