Chalet 24 is a three-bedroom property which sleeps up to seven guests.
It is situated between Tywyn and Aberdovey on Erw Porthor (Happy Valley) chalet park which is located in the south of Snowdonia National Park, surrounded by mountains and woodland.
The area is ideally situated for walking, golfing, cycling, fishing, sailing, bird watching or just generally relaxing on the beach of which there are two within a five-minute drive. Tywyn is one mile away and Aberdovey which has a lovely harbour and pier ideal for crabbing is two.
The chalet is available for short breaks and seven night or longer durations subject to availability.
The detached chalet has its own private drive for parking one vehicle and there is additional free parking just opposite.
It comprises of a kitchen, utility, separate dining room, lounge, three bedrooms and a newly refurbished bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms one and two are double with double beds and wardrobes and bedroom three has bunk beds and a single bed.
The chalet amenities are cooker, fridge, washing machine, flat screen tv free view, toaster, kettle, microwave, glassware, china and cutlery.
A Highchair for little ones is also provided as are pillows, duvets etc.
Bedlinen and towels are not provided please bring your own.
Electricity is included - no coin meters.
Electric space heating and hot water is provided by the water heater.
There is a small patio at the side with a picnic table and a further small one at the rear.
Wi-Fi is free at the chalet this has recently been updated on the site.
Whilst the chalet is child friendly unfortunately, we do not take pets.
