Chalet 3 has changed owners and has been totally upgraded for the 2019 season.
Chalet 3 is a detached cedar-wood chalet situated in a quiet cul-de-sac position on the Erw Porthor Chalet Site in the beautiful Happy Valley, within Snowdonia National Park with lovely views of the woodland opposite. Ideally suited for those who prefer a less elevated position. The chalet has the benefit of a lovely sunny patio in front of the chalet and a flat grassy area to sit out beside the chalet and under the trees. The car parking space beside the chalet is for the private use of this chalet.
The chalet is located approximately 1 mile from Tywyn and 3 miles from the lovely harbour village of Aberdovey (Aberdyfi).
The chalet is 1.5 miles from the sea and the excellent sandy beaches in the area.
It is ideally situated for walking, golfing, cycling, fishing, sailing, bird watching, relaxing by the seaside or quiet contemplation!
The chalet is available weekly or for short breaks.
Accommodation – Sleeps 2-5
One master bedroom with 4’ 6” double bed. The second bedroom has a triple bunk bed (double at bottom,single on top). All bedding and bath towels are provided, together with tea towels and bath mat but please bring your own beach towels.
Lounge with large picture window overlooking the wood. Flat screen television with Freeview. Dining table and chairs to seat four (extra 2 folding chairs also available).
Separate well equipped kitchen with electrical appliances including cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle and washing machine.
Chalet 3 has been totally refurbished for the 2019 season and benefits from a lovely open plan kitchen/living space. A well behaved dogs is permitted by prior arrangement but there is a charge of £12.50 for your dog (you will need to bring your dog basket and bowlls with you). Dogs are not permitted on the beds or furniture.Heating and electricity are included in the tariff and there are no coin meters.
Brand new bathroom with shower fitted for 2019 season.
Parking space beside the chalet and more available opposite the chalet.
Peaceful location with plenty of wildlife to view such as birds, badgers and squirrels.
Check out time is 10.00 a.m. Arrival time is after 4 p.m. please.
