The house sits in lawned gardens, on a quiet sea-front on a no-through road with only the Fairbourne miniature railway embankment separating it from the beach. The first floor sitting room offers views of the sea over the miniature railway line.
Fairbourne also has a butcher, grocer and village store, bar and mainline railway station, all within walking distance and the local golf course is only 50 metres up the road.
Most of the accommodation is on the ground floor and has WiFi and central heating throughout.
