Welcome to The Old Lifeboat Station which is the original Lifeboat Station of Aberdovey between 1886 -1931.
The property has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people and has a fantastic sea views, it has kept a nautical theme throughout the property.
Located on the seafront in Aberdovey close to the village centre shops, restaurants, pubs and Aberdovey's beach, they are all only a few minutes walk away.
The Captains Quarters on the first floor is a double bedroom which is ensuite with shower, WC and washbasin.
The Crews Quarters are situated on the ground floor with twin beds, a separate bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin is next door, there is also a utility room on this floor with washing machine, hoover, iron and ironing board.
On entering the property there are 12 steps which take you upstairs to the first floor where there is an open plan galley kitchen, dining area and lounge.
The kitchen has oven, grill, 4 hobs, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher.
The dining area has table with chairs and the lounge has a double sofa with 2 single seater armchairs, the lounge area also has a TV and a separate CD and Radio and then you have the spectacular views from the lounge! For your comfort there is a large ceiling fan located in the lounge area.
Whether you are cooking, eating or relaxing after your favourite dish or maybe, just maybe you want to enjoy cocktails on the sea view balcony looking out over the estuary and out to sea, you may feel that you are Captain of the Ship?
The Balcony has deck chairs and a table to help you relax whilst an awning is available to give shade on sunny days if required.
WIFI, bed linen, towels are included and for your comfort the property is centrally heated throughout.
The Old Lifeboat Station provides you with 2 private parking spaces for your use on its private drive, there is also space behind the property where you can keep safe your bikes, wetsuits, canoes, boards etc.
